COVID-19 AND GENERAL POLICIES
We are so excited to see all of our clients once again and have some important information regarding your next appointment. We believe it is in the best interest of our beloved Bella clients and staff to implement these protocols until we are given the proper clearance to ease the remaining restrictions. We understand that this is the new expectation for everyone. These requirements come directly from State and Federal Authorities including the NV Board of Cosmetology.
As of Thursday, May 13, 2021, the CDC announced that those who are fully vaccinated are able to resume activities without wearing a mask.
As a privately owned business, it is Bella's Policy to keep medical information of our employees and clients confidential.
Moving forward, we will no longer require those who are fully vaccinated to wear a mask. We will continue enhanced safety measures, such as signing a consent waiver and temperature checks upon arrival, and increased sanitation.
If you are feeling unwell in anyway, please give us a call to reschedule your appointment.
What to expect when you arrive to your appointment:
Upon arrival, our staff will take your temperature and ask a series of health related questions before you enter the building.
You will then be handed a release form to sign and date.
We will provide a pump of hand sanitizer to your hands upon entering Bella Salon.
You may choose to wash your hands upon arrival as an alternative.
Please be mindful and provide 6 feet of distance when you're in the salon lobby.
We will get you seated as quickly as we can.
If you are unable to participate in these measures,
we will reschedule your appointment for a future date.
Booking Appointments: All new clients must provide a credit card to be kept on file in order to guarantee an appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Any no-shows or same day cancellations will be charged a $25 service fee.
Cell Phones: We ask that you consider other staff & guests; no cell phone use during treatments, & all mobile devices on vibrate/off at all times.
Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time. This will accommodate some chit-chatting, changing, polish or oil selection & updating your information. You must check-in at the reception desk.
Children are welcome in the salon by appointment only. Children ARE NOT permitted in the spa for any reason.
Gratuities are appreciated & of course, discretionary.
Health Issues & Allergies: Please advise us about any concerns or allergies you may have when booking your appointment. We offer treatments for all of our pregnant clients & will advise accordingly as you schedule your appointments.
Late Policy: Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If more than 15 minutes late, the services will be adapted to the remaining time, or you risk forfeiting your appointment.
Payment: We accept all credit/debit cards & personal checks with local driver’s license.
Special Events: If you are having a special event & would like to book multi-services for friends & family, please speak with Guest Services to maximize your options & obtain the best rates.
Returns: Store credit only with a valid receipt. Personal blends are not returnable.
Gift Cards: Bella Salon Spa gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
Service prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Spa packages may not be substituted.
Bella Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
We will keep your Personal Information accurate, complete and up-to-date with the information that you provide to us. If you request access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as allowed by law, and provide you access to that information.
When we use the term “Personal Information” in this policy, it means any information related to an identifiable individual.
We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.
We follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details and any other Personal Information entrusted to us. Our information security systems apply to people, processes and information technology systems on a risk management basis.
Bella Return Policy
Make-up products, Colognes, Candles and Gift Cards/Certificates are not returnable.
All other returns are to be store credit only or for exchange, within 30-days with receipt.
NO CASH BACK.
We will only accept items that are not more than one quarter used.
