Bella Aveda Salon is looking for a part-time talented aesthetician who shares our passion for the wellness industry, communicates first-class customer service, and maintain a very positive attitude, a nurturing soul and is super hard working. We are actively searching for friendly, motivated and attentive people who thrive in a positive environment. We look for individuals who are committed to reaching beyond the industry standards. Candidates must be team players and hold a degree or current license to be considered.

Responsibilities Include:

• Must maintain a professional demeanor, language and attire (including following dress code with professional looking hair and makeup).

• Always goes above and beyond to demonstrate exceptional customer service with guests.

• Perform thorough and accurate service consultations to determine the needs and wants of the guest.

• Perform face and body waxing services to achieve the desired result of the guest based on the consultation.

• Is comfortable with doing makeup applications and/or lessons on guests.

• Our aestheticians will educate our guests about skincare and create a facial experience that addresses the individual needs of the guest.

• Be a trusted and knowledgeable resource to each guest. Demonstrate how to treat and maintain the guest’s skin for at home care as well as post waxing care. Recommend appropriate products available for retail sale in the salon.

• Pre-book return visits with clients.

• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.

• Keep individual esthetician rooms clean and organized. Sanitize any tools (brushes, towels, etc.) used after each service.

• Cleaning and upkeep duties of salon as assigned by Salon Management.
