"This Salon is absolutely Gorgeous! I came in because my husband treated me with a gift Certificate for Christmas. I knew nothing about Aveda or the products. I got the best service as soon as I walked in the door. I was offered something to drink and told about some of the products and services they offer. I had booked a Exfoliating Body Polish and had no idea what to expect. Sara is who worked with me and gave me so many pointers and recommendations for my skin and even my hair. The service was relaxing and made my skin feel brand new. After my service Sara helped me with strip-lashes and showed me how to put them in. I was so happy when I left and the products she suggested were not badly priced considering it was a High End Salon with the best services. I will be back! Thank you Sara for making me feel wonderful!"

"Sara is absolutely amazing with Sugaring for hair removal. I have been to many aestheticians for 20+ years in Chicago, Tahoe and the Reno/Sparks/Carson areas for bikini waxes and Brazilians. Sugaring is a much more effective process and Sara is very skilled. I will never wax again and now have so much less regrowth as a result of the Sugaring process. Ladies-Stop waxing and make an appointment with Sara! You won't believe the difference!"

"I lived in Carson City over a year before I found this salon and Tiffany Shaw. I tried several other salons to do my color and cuts and Tiffany is the best. She's super good at color and very reliable, which I appreciate immensely! Give them a try if you're having trouble finding a salon home!"

"Frequent flyer facial- I had my first with Sara who was so knowledgeable and helpful with teaching me how to build a good skincare routine-I'm a newbie to self care.
Yesterday's facial was with Ivy who was so sweet and accommodating. She was really thoughtful and considerate to my comfort before we got started. Great conversationalist. I appreciated the most that she wasn't pushing me to buy more or add any services. I mentioned my embarrassingly blonde eyebrows and she mentioned tinting but ultimately I felt it was absolutely my decision when I asked if she had time to do it at the same time as my facial. And I love my brows!! She was really intuitive with the color she picked-about the same as I would fill them anyway. Super satisfied with the service and the staff at the salon. They're all really friendly and greet me by name even though I've only been in twice so far this year. Always offering refreshment-it's the little things. And you can't beat Aveda products in my opinion."

"Jackie has been doing my hair for about 4 years now and she never stops amazing me. I am so fickle and change my mind all the time about what color/cut I want and she never fails to make it work. Jackie is an amazing hair artist that can get my hair to do things I never thought it could. She always is patient with me when I tell her I want to change something up and steers me away from making bad hair decisions that she knows I would regret. I appreciate her expertise and talent more than she will ever know.
The salon is always clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and courteous when I come in. I have recommended the salon to my family and friends."
